🔄 Refund and Return Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products. All items are guaranteed against contamination.

If you’re not satisfied, you have 10 days from the date of delivery to request a return for problematic Biological Specimen ( NOT Including Pre-inoculated Bags). To be eligible for a refund:

  • The item must be unused. 
  • You must keep the original packaging.
  • Contact us within the 10-day window with your order number and photos if applicable.
  • Buyer is Responsible for return Postage

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue your refund or send a replacement.

Pre-Inoculated Grow Bags- We Guarantee These bags up Until Full Colonization. Should you have any issues and have followed the attached instructions correctly we will happily replace these at any time Free Of charge should they not colonize. Important If the Bag Has Already Been Opened WE WILL NOT Replace, As the bag is to be sealed during colonizing.

All other Orders Have a 30 Day Window for refunds and returns. Must Be unused
